Amber McDonnell is the Director of Board Operations for the Board of Regents. With a career in higher education beginning in 2006, she previously worked for six years at the BioFrontiers Institute, University of Colorado Boulder. Amber earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in organizational leadership, both from Colorado State University, and holds a doctorate in leadership for educational equity in higher education from the University of Colorado Denver.
