Public Comment at Board of Regents Meeting

If you wish to provide public comment at this board meeting, please contact the office of the Board of Regents by noon on February 5 by emailing CUBoardofRegents@cu.edu. Write “public comment” in the subject line to help us identify your email. Include the following information in your email:

• Your name;
• Organization or description of who you are (i.e., UCCS student government);
• Topic to be discussed.
  Someone from the Board office will respond to your email with more information.

There will also be a sign-up sheet available before the start of the public meeting. Because there is limited time for public comment, priority will be given to those who sign up in advance, though we will do our best to accommodate anyone who wishes to speak. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to two minutes. Groups with similar comments are asked to identify one spokesperson.

Written Comment: You may submit written comments to CUBoardofRegents@cu.edu and your comments will be posted in the meeting agenda. Please write “written public comment” in the subject line of your email.
