Individuals wanting to provide public comment at this committee meeting must contact the office of the Board of Regents by noon prior to the day of the meeting. Send an email to CUBoardofRegents@cu.edu and write “committee public comment” in the subject line to help us identify your email. Include the following information in your email:
• Your name;
• Organization or description of who you are (i.e., UCCS student government);
• Topic to be discussed (this must be an item on the meeting agenda).
Someone from the Board office will respond to your email with more information.
You may also submit written public comment to the committee by sending an email to CUBoardofRegents@cu.edu. Please include the same information outlined above. Written comment will be shared with the committee and included in BoardDocs.
